Clothing of a loose-fitting nature is necessary. Obviously wearing lycra and sports gear is also great to allow movement.
Your muscles probably will not have experienced this type of exercise for a long time (if at all). It is therefore sensible to start slowly and progressively and to build the time spent exercising and repetitions. Your muscles will tire very easily at first and this is normal. If you feel excessive muscle soreness the next day then give yourself an extra day of rest before resuming the programme.
Stop using GymMaster immediately. Lie down and rest if possible and try again the following day. If you continue to feel dizzy or lightheaded, then please consult a medical expert.
We strongly recommend wearing proper foot attire at all times when exercising with GymMaster. It is better for your feet to always wear proper shoes when exercising in this way. Do not wear high-heeled shoes when using this equipment.

It is purely whatever time is most convenient to you. Bear in mind it is regular daily use that produces the best results. Place your unit in your bedroom and use it before going to bed, use it regularly for short bursts throughout the day. It’s totally up to you!
No. The Summers GymMaster will tone, shape, and strengthen. You will not get big bulky muscles. GymMaster allows the opposite to occur as your muscles improve their tone and shape allowing a natural outline.
