Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you are outside the 30 days and don’t have the original packaging, then please contact us.
To return your product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for authorisation. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs. If the product is received by us in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase.
We reserve the right to properly assess and refuse a return if we think the purpose was for reselling or any form of alternative trading and not personal use.
Please ensure your returning product is securely packaged in a sealed box/carton/container, to ensure the contents are properly protected. Summers GB reserves the right to refuse any return which has been damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging.
Returned items will be checked by us to make sure they meet the criteria noted in this Returns and Refund policy. If you return items which are outside our Returns and Refund policy we will be unable to start the refund process and will contact you to discuss the circumstances.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
After the 30-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first three weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits their needs.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges for items you do not want. Please place a new order for any alternative items you would like instead. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method/card against your order within 7 working days of receipt at our warehouse or once the item has been checked by our team.
Our Return and Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty items are incredibly rare and as such are not included in our standard return policy. You can then send them back to us at any time. However, in the first instance, please contact us FIRST so we can chat through the options. Any items sent back to us will be inspected by the team to confirm the fault.
All goods purchased from Summers GB are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty of one year.
If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please contact us so we can issue a refund/process your claim.
After the 30-day period has expired, we’ll repair the product as long as it’s within the terms and conditions of the warranty. If repair is not an option we may be able to offer you a partial refund via your original payment method/voucher depending on the age of the product or supply easy-to-fit parts to keep your product functional and safe. Most items that we supply are incidental losses of knobs!
If you feel your product has developed a fault, then please get in touch. All our products are built to the highest standards and should be able to endure repetitive regular use.
Once you have contacted us, then we will take you through the next steps in completing your claim. We pride ourselves on reliable effective fitness products and want to ensure your experience with us is the best it can be.
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 also give you cancellation rights by law. These regulations state that up to 14 days after receiving goods, you can change your mind and get a full refund. Buy purchasing an item with us, we have a contract and you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days from delivery without giving a reason. To use these regulations please contact us prior to the expiry of the cancellation rights period of 14 days.
If you cancel this contract, we will refund you for the goods including the delivery costs (using the least expensive method). If you chose more expensive delivery, then you will be responsible for paying for those extra delivery charges.
We also have the right to reduce our refund to you for loss of value of any items we supplied, if that loss resulted from unnecessary handling on your part.
We will process a refund without any delay 14 days after we receive the items from you or earlier. We will refund you using the same payment method you provided when purchasing the items, unless an alternative method has been previously discussed with us.
